Private duty nursing is provided in the comfort of your own home to prevent extended hospitalizations or trips to a clinic. Private duty nursing is an option for children and young adults with special needs, such as tracheostomy and ventilator care, feeding tubes, nebulizer treatments, IV therapy, TPN infusion, central line care & maintenance, frequent seizures requiring intervention, and others.
Our private duty nurses are either Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) who provide one on one private duty care with each client. Our nurses provide specialized nursing care per physician’s orders, observe and provide ongoing assessment of the client’s clinical status, and communicate the client’s needs to the physician, as necessary.

- Ventilator monitoring
- Oxygen monitoring
- Seizure monitoring
- Diabetes management
- Medication administration
- Feeding tube nutrition administration
- IV therapy (antibiotics, TPN, hydration, pain control)

- Educating and training family
- Communicate any changes to both the office and physician when necessary
